Available to book after July 1, 2026- Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a gentle, specialized technique designed to support the body's lymphatic system by encouraging the movement of lymph fluid. Benefits may include reduced swelling, decreased fluid retention, support for post-surgical recovery, enhanced relaxation, and improved overall lymphatic circulation. During your session, expect light, rhythmic, skin-stretching movements performed at a slow pace. MLD is not a traditional massage and does not involve deep pressure. Sessions are tailored to your individual needs and treatment goals. A separate health intake form is required prior to your first MLD appointment to ensure the treatment is safe and appropriate for you. Certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage through ACOLS using the Vodder Method. Please note, this is not Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT) required for the management of Lymphedema.
